My Fury

As lifetimes have come and gone
and we resurrect ourselves in the panoramas that shift between us...
We like the blossoms of spring
and the leaves of fall
through wind and rain have weathered the storm.

kissing you there on a mountain
and on the shores of both oceans,
In the churches and plazas and waterfalls.
We have danced in the carnivals of ancient street and boulevard,
and we return in our room after the space in between is transcended.

Searching us in the corridors of shivering meditations.
Finding us in the alleyways of daydreams.
In prayer, solitude, among the masses and millions, and in the center of the bloodvessel of a hundred cities.
There you are coursing through my veins, whispering truths and evolutions.

My beloved to whom I belong sings her native song, in latin tounges she caresses my everywhere and neverwhere.
Over and over I kiss the ground beneath her feet.
In cycles we spin in mad desire and curiosity,
where flesh stands as manifestations of spirit and we delight in liquor.

Turbulence sweeps around us and our love turns secrets to sugar..
aching pleasures
delerious wonder
excruciating divinity.
devastating beauty.

Humbled a thousand times over in one glance.
In redemption's lambent wings with her smile.
and when she walks beside me,
heaven and hell make love
and there is only home
and the ever turning wheel of lifetimes..

-To my beloved wife
